Areas & Regions

Timelords is one seamless, continuous world, and this is the map of it. Here's every region you'll travel to, what lives in each, and exactly what you need to unlock the next one.

One Seamless World #

Everything in Timelords lives in a single, connected world. What look like far-flung destinations (the Iron Mine, the Diamond Mine, the Alignment Chamber) are all regions you travel to, not separate places or dimensions. You start in The Origin, the home region where the whole game begins, and every new area opens up as you climb your Time Leaps and eras.

🗺
Areas never reset. Once you've unlocked a region it stays unlocked, and access is tied to your best-ever progress, so it survives every Time Leap, Chrono Dust reset, and Era reset. Your items and gear are kept through every reset too.

The Origin & Its Regions #

Most of the early game happens inside The Origin. It's the hub you spawn into and it holds a cluster of regions you'll grow into: the Coal and Bronze mines, Scientist Island, The Peak, Skyspire, and the Volcano. Each opens with its own gate. Walk up to a red barrier and it tells you exactly what you still need.

The Volcano Lava pools for Flesh & Strength The Carnage alignment
💡
The Seconds Cave, Coal Mine and Bronze Mine gates unlock on Time Leap tiers; Scientist Island opens with the Stone Age; and the Volcano is exclusive to Carnage-aligned Timelords.

The Deeper Regions #

Past The Origin, three larger regions open up. They're reached by lift and balloon operators or straight from the warp menu, but they're still part of the same continuous world, just further along your journey.

Iron Mine

Home of Iron ore, the Relic Smith (who applies relics to your gear), and the Undead Miner. Unlocks at Time Leap 5 (Caveman).

🌌 Alignment Chamber

Where you meet the four Timelords and choose an Alignment: Genesis, Ascension, Tectonic, or Carnage. Opens at the Stone Age.

💎 Diamond Mine

The deep endgame region: Diamonds, the Diamond Forge, custom mobs, and the boss lair. Unlocks at Time Leap 12 (Diamond Breaker) with the Stone Age reached.

Getting Around #

Travel between regions is quick and you'll never lose your place. The full breakdown lives on the Warps & Travel page, but the essentials are:

/spawn
Jump straight back to The Origin.
/warp
The main warp menu, listing every major region and showing exactly what you still need to open the next one.
/lm & /bo
Call the Lift and Balloon Operators, the NPCs who shuttle you between the mines and the high regions.
/extrawarps
Quick-travel to specific spots (merchants, the Relic Smith, the Forge…). Requires the Extra Warps perk.

Gates & Persistence #

Regions you haven't unlocked are walled off by red area gates. Walk up to one and it spells out precisely what you're missing; meet the requirement and the barrier vanishes for good.

Because access is tied to your best-ever Time Leap progress rather than your current cycle, a reset never locks you out of somewhere you've already been. A Seconds or Chrono Dust reset, a full Time Leap, or even an Era reset can lower your current tier, but the regions you've opened stay open, and your pickaxes, swords, armor and other items are kept right through it.

📜
Every mine you crack open, every peak you scale: the world remembers. Time may loop, but the doors you've walked through stay walked.
