Warps & Travel

Timelords is one seamless world, but it's a big one. Warps, shuttle operators, and quick-travel let you hop between every area you've unlocked in a couple of clicks.

Getting Around #

Everything you explore, including the hub, the mines, The Peak, Skyspire, the Era Chamber and the Diamond Mine, is part of the same continuous world. You don't need to walk it all on foot; the warp system teleports you straight to any area you've already reached.

/spawn
Instantly return to The Origin, the game's central hub.
/warp
Opens the main warp menu, listing every major area you've unlocked, each showing what's inside it, plus a live preview of the next area you can unlock and exactly what's still required. Also reachable via /w, /world, /worlds, or /warps.
/warp <name>
Skip the menu and teleport straight to a named area, e.g. /warp iron mine.
🗺
Areas only appear in the warp menu once you've unlocked them. If a warp isn't showing up yet, check the area gates for what you still need.

Shuttle Operators #

Two NPC operators run the in-world transit between the lower mines and the high areas. Talk to them where they stand, or summon their menu with a command from anywhere.

🚚 Lift Manager

Runs the mine lifts, the fast way between The Origin and the Coal, Bronze, Iron and Diamond mines. Open his menu with /liftmanager or /lm.

🎈 Balloon Operator

Floats you up to the sky areas, The Peak and Skyspire. Open his menu with /balloonoperator or /bo.

Extra Warps #

The main warp menu drops you at the entrance of each area. Extra Warps add pinpoint destinations (individual merchants, the Relic Smith, the Diamond Forge, the Ticks button, the Volcano and more) so you land right on the spot you want. Open them with /extrawarps or /ew, or via the Extra Warps button inside the warp menu.

💎
Extra Warps are unlocked by the Extra Warps perk from the store. Without it, these pinpoint destinations stay locked, though the area warps themselves are always free.

A few of the destinations Extra Warps opens up:

Extra WarpTakes you to

What Unlocks Each Warp #

A warp appears once you meet its requirement, almost always a Time Leap tier. Reach the tier and the destination lights up in your warp menu for good; warp access is never taken away by a reset.

Not sure what's gating your next area? Open /warp and the menu spells out every requirement you still need for the next unlock. For the full picture of where things live, see Areas and Area Gates. And remember, /guide opens this wiki right in your browser.
