Store Perks

Permanent, one-time unlocks bought with Gems: convenience and quality-of-life boosts that stick with you forever, never lost to any reset.

Overview #

Perks are permanent account upgrades you buy with Gems in-game via /store (also /buy). Unlike a Rank, which is a single-held ladder, perks are individual one-time purchases. Buy any of them, in any order, and they're yours for good.

💰
Perks are pure convenience and quality-of-life. Everything they offer is reachable by playing normally, and real-money purchases never grant power you can't earn. You can also stockpile Gems for free through voting.
🔑
Perks are permanent. Like your items and gear, they are never lost to any reset: not a Seconds reset, a Chrono Dust reset, a Time Leap, the Intelligence Generator, or an Era reset.

The Perks #

There are four perks in the store's Upgrades and Cosmetics categories:

×2 Stats 850 Doubles every resource fortune you earn, a flat ×2 on all resource gains. Toggleable.
Extra Warps 500 Unlocks a full set of extra quick-travel warps to merchants, mines, and key locations.
Custom Armor 450 Re-skin your equipped armor without changing its stats. See Custom Armor.
×2 Speed at Spawn 350 Doubles your Move Speed while you're in The Origin. Toggleable.

Looking for temporary boosts instead? Consumable potions are sold in the store's Boosters category for Gems, and cosmetic auras in the Cosmetics category.

Perk Details #

×2 Stats
A permanent ×2 to every resource fortune, so Ticks, Moments, Seconds, Coal, Bronze, Iron, Diamonds, XP, and the rest all come in twice as fast. Because it multiplies your fortune, it compounds with every other boost you stack. This one is toggleable from the store.
Extra Warps
Opens up the Extra Warps menu, giving you fast, direct quick-travel to merchants, the mines, and other key stops around the game world without walking there. Some warp points require this perk to use. Open the menu any time with the store item or its warp GUI.
Custom Armor
A cosmetic perk that lets you change how your equipped armor looks (material skin, leather dye, trim pattern and material, and enchant glint) while keeping its Defense exactly as-is. Open it with /customArmor. Full options are on the Custom Armor page.
×2 Speed at Spawn
Doubles your Move Speed while you're in The Origin, so getting around the starting area is quick. It's toggleable, and the boost only applies in The Origin. It doesn't carry into the mines or other areas.

The two stat perks (×2 Stats and ×2 Speed at Spawn) can be switched off and back on whenever you like, without losing the perk. Handy if you ever want to play at the base rate.
